Lilith is pretty simple because the pets stay through the entire floor when you active the item. And a last thing, I would avoid things like "We need to go deeper" or "Ehwas" except for looking for crawlingspaces, since you loose out on money and with that for potential dmg. So to be fair, you've chosen the wrong character to make that unlock and if you change that, you got chances to go to lilith. You want to avoid all that lowers your tears most likely, since those can make it far tougher, and ofc all that makes every game so much easier like Epic Fetus are great. Abbadon is also an item to watch, since you get 8 blackhearts or so a dmg up and fearshot. Something else I should mention? All items like SMB Fan, Halo, Magic Mushroom are great. And pick up coins in the fight, since coins heal Ultra Greed. Why should it be bad to pick up health items? You can Stack health and use a suncard or a Bad trip pill or a Fullhealth pill just to get a far higher amount of HP for the final fight of the run. Also D4,D100,D infinity are good items to make a realy "weak" set of items to a strong one. If you collect "Guppy" and got the upgrade for Flys and Spiders it gets realy easy as well. Well I think, that when you get some dmg up and some health, then the run is realy easy and Azazel is one of the strongest champs overall in my oppinion. You might want to find an Algis somewhere and use something like the blank card just to reuse it, also if you unlocked "I'm drowsy" you can make most bosses realy easy. There are some combinations to get a super easy run, by using the d20 on many coins in the frontroom and having a battery in the store and 5 coins picked up to buy the battery, just spawning the room full of items as long as you'r able to rebuy the battery.
Use bombs on the keeper, just for the chance of a steamsale. You might want to avoid the 11 round in the shop, if you got problems with the stain and he often spawns in a doublepack there. A combination of Habit can be realy usefull. I would recommend to take the 8 first runs in a row for most coins. If you find an item like Pyromaniac or host hat it makes the last fight easier, since you'r imune to explosions.
Take only Items you like if you get to a devil room. It can be tough, though with a bit of practice it is easy.
